We're in the news!

The Worcester and District branch of Cats Protection prides itself on its work across the county - and the local media is vital to our continued success. Without a rescue centre, it's important our cats are seen to a wider audience. Our cats - and volunteer appeals - have appeared in the Worcester News, Berrow's Worcester Journal, Worcester Standard, Droitwich Standard, Malvern Gazette, Droitwich Advertiser, Evesham Journal and the Tenbury Wells Advertiser.

Do you love cats? Now you can show how much you care by volunteering to help the Worcester and district branch of Cats Protection. The branch is part of a national charity that aims to find loving homes for abandoned and unwanted cats, to promote and encourage neutering and provide people with information about how to take care of their pet..........

Caring for cats...

Unloved cats....

Cat owners are being called upon to help a Worcester charity care for  nloved pets. Last year, the Worcester and District branch of Cats Protection rehomed more than 450 cats. Fran Holder, manager of the Cats Protection store in St John’s, Worcester, said: “That’s more than one a day, but you have to remember that for every cat in care, there are still two homeless ones.”..........

Homes urgently needed....

A CHARITY helping to rehome cats across the county has run out of room following a record number of rescues.

Pet lovers in Worcestershireare now being called on to help rehome more than 100 cats who are in the care of the Worcester and District branch of Cats Protection. The branch has been inundated with cats and kittens throughout the summer, with 113 animals
currently in the charity’s care, including 20 families of kittens. “We have run out of room and now ............
