Cat Adoption Guide

If you wish to adopt any of our cats or kittens then please contact us by telephone, email or letter. We will be happy to help you with further information and any questions that you might have.  We can also arrange for one of our homing officers to meet you in your home, to ask a few friendly questions, if you decide you wish to go ahead

What Do We Check ?

We try to match you with the right cat most suitable for your home and family environment. For example, some cats are not suitable for families with young children.

Once you have seen a home visitor and discussed what type of cat would be most suitable for you, it is time to choose your new cat.

When you are ready to take your cat home with you, you will be asked to sign a simple adoption form.  If you are adopting a kitten, you will need to sign an agreement to have him/her neutered at the appropriate time.  All our adult cats are neutered prior to re-homing.  If you are on a low income we may be able to help you with the cost of neutering, please see our cat neutering page for more information.

If you have seen a cat you would like to adopt, or would simply like more information about cat adoption, please contact us by telephone, email or letter.
